Golfing

We went miniature golfing. I actually had a Saturday night off which does not happen very often and It was so fun. I have not been mini golfing in so long.Kensi would run after the balls every time we hit them then it was her favorite to get them out of the hole at the end.

She climbed on all the different obstacle courses.

At the end of the course there is this out house and you hit the ball to never get it back. This is Kensi's sign for all done. Which she now says and I love it, after every meal or nursing she sits up and puts her hands up like this and says all done! AAAHHH too young to be talking but she surely is.

Chocolate is her favorite we don't give it to her much but when we do if we try to take it away we get in major trouble. yes tantrums and all.

As for Mark and I we have been house hunting lately we are anxiously waiting to see where Mark will get a job and if we find out it is in Utah we have a couple houses in mind. Mark is applying all over the world, but we have until May when he graduates to find out for sure. I'm a little scared to live outside of Utah but excited at the same time. We will see we will live where we need to live. Kensi is now walking and talking she waves hi and good bye. I love it. I feel like in the last month she has grown up so much I cant seem to keep up. She points and things and gets excited.

We are going to San fran on saturday with my mom and dad and yes Kensi a 19 hour train ride with Kensi we will see how it goes. But we are getting excited we will post pictures.

First Owie

Kensi Decided to jump right into the concrete before we could grab her. This was our first owie and she handles it quite well. A little Tylenol for the Headache I'm sure she had and then back to cruisin' around again.
I love that band aids make everything better. I did not have one on her head for a while and she was ornery but as soon as the band aid was put on she was a much happier girl.

NEW DISCOVERY kensi loves corn I did not even think about trying it and before I new it she scooped up my corn and with her two little teeth went to town. No laughin' at me in the background!!!!!!!!!!
I have now figured out how to make Kensi let me do her hair. Before I get her dressed or change her in the morning I put her diapered only self in the sink with the water on. She is so entertained with the water she does not seem to mind that I am doing her hair. works great!

New favorite thing is helping with everything which of course makes it a thousand times harder I never have to look for Kensi because almost always she is sitting on my feet.

These Jammie's did not fit until after she could stand so I am still determined to where them. She gets frustrated when trying to get up and crawling.
It was poring in huntsville one day so we thought we had better try it out! Kensi loved it.

Okay I am sorry that I only post once a month and then I post so much people get bored, but deal with it! He He all is well with the London family. Mark is still trying to get through school and I am still trying to love work. Kensi has been standing for an entire month but the craziest thing is she has no desire to walk she will sand up then crawl to the next location only to stand up again. She is not 9 months old and 18 pounds and of course getting to big too fast. Temper tantrums and all got to love getting older.

Bear Lake

Well it has been a while but we finally went on a well needed vacation. we rented a cabin in Bear Lake and just relaxed with Bec, Phil and londyn it was so much fun and a trip that I hope we will make annual. Thanks to all those who came and helped us fill this large cabin a couple of nights it was a blast. This is Kensi getting to the beach she loves the water.
Although much colder that she expected she still loved it.
Mark, Bec, Phil and Londyn went to the Ice Caves in Paris, Idaho I stayed home with sleeping Kensi. For all those who are planning to go because this picture makes them look so neat. Mark said that they were not that impressive. I think that he was just trying to make me feel better about not going.

One day we decided to rent wave runners and although they were expensive for gas they were a blast. I have never been on a boat or wave runner at bear lake it is HUGE much bigger than Pine View!!!

This is the porch where we honestly spent 3/4 of our time and that bed Kensi spent most of her time in it. It is an old play pen that was all plastic. If you know anyone that has one I want one I loved it it was easy, light, and big for playing!!

Kensi's first fire she could not get enough too bad it was late and she was tired to spend too much time there. She did love what she did see!

So other that our fun trip the rumors are true I did have my appendix out which what the least fun thing that I have done in a while. I refused to go to the Doctor for ever hey I'm a nurse I know what I'm talking about so FYI when your appendix go bad it starts in the upper abdomen so it feels like stomach pain so bad and it takes hours for it to shift to the right lower quadrant!! anyway. It was not fun because after surgery I could not lift kensi so I had to have a baby sitter all the time. Thanks to mom, Jill, Becca and Lynne and of course my main baby sitter Mark. Of course for everyone it was not easy because they got to babysit me and Kensi! Not fun I'm sure!

It also was Mark's Birthday on the 1st and He got Wicked tickets for when they come next year we are both so excited. He also go a tool with his dad it's called a plainer or something like that and Seasons 3,4,and 5 of monk one of our favorites. Thanks to my mom and marks mom for those!! We love them. Well sorry that it has been a while those little illnesses sneak up on you and then you don't want to do anything for a while. I hope all is well.

Updates

To start I want to thank everyone that was able to come to our High School Friend BBQ it was fun to see everyone and to talk. An thanks to Mark and Jake We had great little pork steaks with grilled pinnapple!! It was good to see everyone and I love talking about old times!!!

Next I have to update about Kensi!! She is crawling like a crazy girl and I mean litterally she has not quite got that knee knee hand hand thing She does more of a sneek. She has got the position down but it more like Knee, foot, hand, hand!!It is hillarious and it gets her much further then doing knee knee. She has one tooth and is working on a second. Teething has not been very fun but thanks to teething tabs and tylenol we are making it!! She also is pulling herself up to everying stable or not. She has turft it so many times I feel like a bad mom because she is constantly getting into new things and bonking her head. ( And I am sure that is only to get worse). But no cuts or bruises yet!! Man she is getting fun laughing out loud all the time. and is saying mama and dada and we could be wrong but it sure sounds like she can say londyn. I am not meaning my last name she has a cousin named londyn many of you know that they are best friends. Kensi just thinks that they are the same age and that they are running around playing with each other. Londyn can make her laugh harder than anyone I know. I love it.

As for mark and I, I am still working like crazy and looking forward to every day off. Mark went on his first buisness trip and enjoyed it. Actually thinking and hoping that maybe this would be a good company to work for. They have taught him much and we are greatful. Sorry for the long picturless post but I hope it is a good update.

Tag And Happy 4th of July

Work is slow. It is only 11pm and I have already been playing on the computer for like an hour so I'm in for a long night. I had a great fourth of July with my family and a little while with Mark's family. I love my husband so much. He missed the Huntsville parade and spent a large portion of the day to help my Uncle whom he has only met once, fix his car. I have so much to learn from my husband about service. He serves with no questions asked. I am so grateful and love him so much. Now I am doing another tag from Hilley so I hope you are happy!!!

Joys

1. My Kensi: I love that kid so much, I could kiss her face right off.
2. My Mutsi: For all those that don't know that is my husbands nick name. I love him so much and appreciate all that he does for me.
3. Food: Honestly I love good food I am so not good at making good food but that is another reason why the number 2 joy is special.

3 Fears

1. Screwing up: With my fine job I screw up someone dies or well goes through pain of some sort. I have to not think about it too much or it scares the crap out of me. I just do my best.
2. Night: I am seriously scared of the dark I know that is so child like but I hear things and my mind goes crazy about all the things that could be making that sound!! Watch weird t.v. shows doesn't help either.
3. Failure: Mostly to be a good enough wife and mother. I ask my mom so many questions about being a mother because I just want someone to tell me what to do in all situations. I have learned much and still have so much to go!!! as for the wife thing Mark bears with me much. There are definitely days where I am not!!! a good wife.

3 Goals

1. Exercise: Which I think I read is the number one goal among people. Anyway I enjoy exercising too but taking the time is the thing I hate.
2. Spirituality: I think some days that I have so far to go to being that person I want to become. I guess we keep working because the day we reach perfection is the day we raise up to heaven. I just need to keep working to get there.
3. Knowledge: I have only been out of school a couple of months but I think that I want to go back and take some more interesting class like art and photography!

2. I'm going with hill and say Bones and Monk two of my favorite t.v. shows and Yes it was Mark and I that got Jake and Hill stuck on Bones.
3. Houses: My husband and I love building our dream home and drawing it out. We are crazy we own magazines with houses we like and will go out of our way when driving to see houses we like.

1. I could eat chocolate chip cookies probably by the dozen with out batting an eye I absolutely love them.
2. Not surprising if you know me I am absolutely obsessed with Pride and Prejudice I love all the versions and yes I own all the versions. I could watch it daily.
3. I'm slightly obsessed with organizing my money I have several different different accounts and I love watch it grow.

I have started to online scrapbook I want to know peoples opinions on that It is alot quicker but it costs me 2.99 to print on 12x12 page is it worth it? I am trying to figure out and I will let you know if it is for me

Long Past Due

Okay so I know it has been forever since I have posted put I just decided to do the whole month in one post. Kensi is now 6 months old and starting to become a little spoiled! She is still a blast and we love her to death. She is trying so hard to crawl gets on all fours and either goes backwards or moves her knees only and face plants it!! She is so entertaining. As for Mark and I all is well. Mark is enjoying his internship and I guess I am enjoying work! Jut trying to live life to the fullest. It is now that I have a child that I realize just how fast time actually goes!!!!
Kensi spends a lot of time snuggling with me because on Wednesdays I come home from work in time for Mark to go to work, well actually we have a neighbor watch her for 15 minutes because we overlap just a bit. But this makes it so I sleep when Kensi does! She almost always has a morning nap for 3 hours but then she is ready to play it is so hard to entertain on 3 hours of sleep but I try my best.


We just decided we needed a couple pictures while we were all dressed up.

Kensi has now started eating and thinks she needs to eat everything, We are trying all sorts of baby food and rice cereal which is her favorite. She also love oatmeal!
This is my jug of water from when I had Kensi and I keep it on the counter so that I make sure to drink enough. Kensi always trys to suck out of the straw with me then we realized that this works we each have our own piece to suck on! It is hillarious she does this every time I take a drink.

I love when she plays her bow ends up every which way She is our little jammer and sportin it side ways!

A quick note to all the fathers. I am so grateful for the fathers in my life. I know that I could not raise Kensi without Mark he is such a wonderful father and is so great with her. The other night I got frustrated because she did not want to go to bed and he came and took her from me even though he had to be up early and he put her to sleep. Of course she went right to sleep for daddy but I am still so grateful that he realizes when I need a brake. Also to my father in law who is an amazing caring person. I am so grateful that I am fortunate enough the be a part of his family. Thanks for everything. And last but not least I am grateful for my father. He may never read this but he is an incredible father. I love that no matter what he will give me the best hugs. I remember that as a kid always receiving these enormous bear hugs from my father and that is still going. When I first see him and when I leave him I get the best hugs. I am so glad that he is my father. He has made so many sacrifices for me and my family and I cannot thank him enough.
