Little man!!

First day at church he of course got gobs of attention when all he did was sleep! But I did realize that my girls haven't been to a church in a month and because of Easter morning and trying to get 3 kids ready I didn't pack necessary entertainment for sacrament!! No worries we made it through alive ... Barely! And of course I forgot diapers and all other baby stuff but no need to worry again I live close so incase of emergency, which we luckily didn't have, I could walk 3 seconds to my house!

Easter was great and mark picked out great dresses as usual! We r so blessed to have such a great daddy that buys easter dresses! We found eggs and got our baskets! Mom was blessed with a dress and the Easter bunny was nice enough to leave dad the first season of duck dynasty. Kensi got Legos, and I can honestly say the first Lego to enter our home! And avy got a Minnie guitar! A huge hit! Then after church we were blessed with friends that helped us do a big easter hunt and we ate a great dinner!

The most important thing that happened today was mark giving an incredible 5 th Sunday lesson on the resurrection and it was perfect, to realize how much this day means to me, and how blessed I am to have my beautiful family and great friends! I love you all and hope you had as great of an Easter as me!!

Every once in a while we take a picture that makes me realize how much our girls look alike!! This is one of them just before church today!!

Lots to update

So I decided while I'm lying in bed waiting to have a baby and delightfully medicated that I would update a little. Then of course ill. Update when brother gets here!! Ha ha I just accidentally deleted the two paragraphs that I had written so now u will get the watered down version!! The project picture of mark is Him installing out new 51 in Samsung plasma!! It's a smart tv with 3D and we have loved it so far!! Our other tv didn't fill the entire space provided so I knew it was a matter of time until we got a larger one! But.. We r pleased with it..

The next pictures are of me getting larger the green shirt 35 weeks the black shirt 37 weeks(proof that black slims you!! And the others are of me this morning induction day!!

And the last few pictures are of my cute family!! Kensi got all dressed up for a dance with dad and being the sweet man that he is took a second and got dressed up!! I could not stop crying watching this little girl dance with her incredible dad!! Then here comes Avy with a princess dress to join the party!! I loved it!! I'm so blessed in my life for all I have and grateful for what is to come espicilllly this baby boy! He will be a perfect addition to our little family!! Sorry to everyone that I have not been great at posting pictures of our new little guy I will try my bet at being better at it!! So here are a few pictures of the girls and their baby brother!! First family shot with ll three kids! And of course mark and his favorite football holding position! And the last picture is a car that mark made for the girls but Kensi was worried that brother would have a turn so she put a piece of carpet in so it would be soft enough and then begged to have his picture taken in there, with her of course!!

As for everything else we r doing great!! Trying to get out all the many thank you cards to everyone that has so kindly served us over the last few weeks!! And as for brixton, we went in this week of his 2 week appt and he was already 8 lbs. I think they hope that baby will be back to birth weight by 2 weeks for a pound larger. Ha ha! He is starting to be awake more and constantly trying to be a part of the group by sound. If anyone is talking he always turns toward them because he can hear them! I can tell he is going to be social, or at least very attentive! We also had his circumcision done this week! Poor kid! We had to have a specialist do it so that put us a couple weeks out and I'm very grateful that they didn't even give me the option to watch because I don't know if I could have handled it!!

The rest of us are doing great! Mark took this week off work to stay home with me which was nice because we seemed to have a lot of appts! We took my mom back to st George last Friday which was awful because the whole time she was here I didn't do one batch of laundry or do one dish which was soo nice!! I was very grateful that she was willing and able to come down for 10 days and help me!! I owe you mom!!

Hopefully I will keep up with ,y word and am able to post lots of pictures! I hope all is well we love you all!!

Updates

Well as explained before I can't post under my pictures so ill try to give an update for all the pictures that I posted starting way back at thanksgiving!! We had a great time a little low key thanksgiving dinner at home with one other family in the ward and because my husband is his mothers son...... A lot of food!!!!! Just hung out the afternoon and did some online shopping!we had a great time! The only picture I got of thanksgiving was getting ready to brine the turkey we got out a large cooler and before we knew it Avy had climbed in and got completely stuck!! So stinking funny.

Next we had Kensi's birthday. We just had a few friends over and kensi was filled with delight to be he center of attention! She had a cake " from the store" because although I have always made their cakes she thought it was better from the store, soo sure enough we bought a cake from SAMs even though it did pain me a little to do so! For her birthday dinner Kensi wanted very specifically mashed potatoes, grilled chicken, broccoli and very specifically home made ice cream!, I was a good day and Kensi was grateful for all of it which made it made worth while..

Next my birthday was a glorious one filled with kids who all had the stomach flu! As well as my mom! So even though everyone was sick I am pregnant and am not going to go without cake so I made my own!! And had a ton of it!! Delicious

Next Christmas but thanks to a dead camera those pictures are on my moms camera so they will be posted soon! But Christmas was fantastic with lots of wonderful family! We realized how blessed we are in all things! What more do you need when you have so much family!!

Last but not least we took a couple family shots because we were matching!! Ha ha not really planned but turned out better than we thought. I love our little family!! Even though some days seem to never end and some days I feel soo tired but the girls always make up for it by being so great to me!! I am truly blessed!!

Pumpkins and bedtime

Finally I didn't have to work one night so we carved pumpkins!! Kensi was so excited to carve a scary face but grossed out by the clean out!! Mark of course had to show us all up by and intricate carving of Minnie mouse! And Avy had no desire to be a part of any of it!!

The other picture is a bedtime story time the girls favorite time of day hanging out with daddy!! I'm hoping that some day I'm as cool as him!!

Kensi has her program on Sunday and has been practicing her part all week! Now hopefully she won't freak out in front of the crowd! She keeps reminding me that if she does a good job that daddy is going to buy her "mixed" chocolate milk!! Ha ha instead of powder that is! Everything else is well with us I'm just excited to have a weekend home with no thought of work! Yeah!! Good night all!!

California trip!!

We were so blessed to be able to go on a vacation with our wonderful little family!! It all started on Friday after mark got off work then he came and picked us up! We journeyed the 5 hours to St. George and stayed at aunt Nola's trailer! And we're blessed to be able to see my mom and dad and aunts and uncles who were all in St george to redo my grandmas shower!! Which because of the tiny living quarters of my grandmas trailer we were unable to help with because we would have definitely been in the way!

We stayed Friday night and Saturday night watching conference and shopping. When mark went to priesthood session my mom, my aunts and I were able to go to a baby shower in Colorado city! If was at a 30,000 square foot home of a poligimast. Very interesting so if you are curious call me and I'll tell u all about it!!!

Sunday morning we slept in and cleaned up then decided to continue on our journey to California!! Another 5 hours but the girls did great! We stayed at a beautiful hotel with 3 swimming pools!! We drove to the beach and watched the sunset and got a tiny bit jealous of the beautiful homes right on the coast line!! Monday morning we got ready and headed to the beach to swim this time.. Kensington loves the water as does mark but this was avy's first time and she was not sure of those waves!! She loves water like crazy but would not even consider going in the ocean maybe it was just a little big for her. So she and I played in the sand instead! We walked around peer and found some great food! A pastry shop next to a fish taco shop and the Both looked like holes in wall but had lines out the door!! They were fantastic!

Then Tuesday came the day kensington was waiting for the day we were to go to mickeys Halloween party at Disneyland! We were able to go at 3pm to check in. We of course saw the princesses first and we were blessed to see princesses we had not seen yet! Kensi was so happy! We saw the Disney parade and then the moment came Avy saw Minnie mouse her jaw dropped for a solid minute and after she passed Avy kept looking for her instead of watching the rest of the parade! So we trick or treated and ate some dinner and waited in line for an hour to see Mickey and minnie for Avy who was soo excited until....... We got to them it was like Santa and she clung to me like a koala and would not even look at either of them! So we learned our lesson about waiting in lines!!

So after lots more candy the Halloween parade, some rides, and fireworks our girls were tired! We headed out. Sad to leave but had such a blast there! Then Wednesday morning we checked out and headed home after getting a couple more pastries of course!! So like I have said before the pictures post how they want to post and I cant write under them so hopefully you can figure our what goes where!! The best is Avy seeing minnie picture!!
